These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Thunder Ludo at thunderludo.com(the "Service"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Thunder Ludo. You can create an account with a phone number or by signing in with Google. You're responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under it.
Thunder Ludo is an online multiplayer version of the classic Ludo board game, including real-time matches, ranked play, leaderboards, clans, and seasons. We may add, change, or remove features at any time, and we don't guarantee the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including forfeiting associated coins, at our discretion.
The Service, including its design, graphics, and code, is owned by Thunder Ludo and protected by intellectual property laws. You're granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You keep ownership of content you create (such as your username), but grant us a license to display it within the Service.
If you sign in with Google, your use of that sign-in method is also subject to Google's own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.
You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access for violating these Terms or for any conduct we believe harms other players or the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thunder Ludo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of virtual coins or game progress.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continuing to use the Service after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
